Report Inappropriate Content

It's important to us that Lanterns.app is a place where people can learn from each other in a healthy, safe, environment.

You can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly through the dedicated reporting tools within the app. The owner of the account or lantern or list that you report, will not know who did the reporting. If, instead, you simply don't like the content, consider blocking the user.

Our team will look at the all reported items within 24 hours.

How to report a profile

1. From the user's profile, tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
2. Select the report option.
3. Choose the reason for reporting the account.
4. Provide any additional details that may help us understand and investigate your report.
5. Submit your report.

How to report a list

1. From the details screen showing a user's list, tap the three-dot menu in the top right.

These ways of reporting content are the most effective as they give us context and data. You can also contact us using a form, though we may require additional information.
